Biographical Information:
Dr. Dutrizac received his Ph.D. in History from The University of Western Ontario in 1986 with a specialization in Early North American history. He is an Associate Professor  in the History Department  at King's and is currently serving as Academic Dean. Over the years he has taught courses in both Canadian and American history from the colonial period to the 20th century. More recently he has explored in a comparative framework the impact of war on the historical development of North American nation states from Panama to Canada. His current research focuses on the interrelationships between globalization, armed conflict and the pursuit of social justice.
